The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice area, very close to the hillside of the environment, surrounding tourist attractions and Australia. Helpful staff and the location was good. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our good sized studio suite with king size bed was arranged.

The hotel has a great view overlooking the city, and the rooms are pretty cheap compared to other hotels in the area. the bathroom was roomy and equipped with a hair dryer, and there were electric blankets and heaters available in the room to keep guests warm in winter.
The parking situation was inadequate, causing guests to fight for spaces.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff, delicious food in a convenient location. the hotel room was equipped with a mini kitchen and microwave. Appreciated the room's warm temperature despite the cold weather.
The noise insulation was poor as I could hear my neighbors easily.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the Blue Mountains and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location was absolutely stunning, situated on the hillside with breathtaking views of the surrounding natural environment. The restaurant on offer here exceeded my expectations, with an exceptional menu and top-notch quality food. The service at this place was impeccable, from the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the attentive and helpful staff throughout my stay. The room amenities were also impressive, with everything from heating and air conditioning to electric blankets and a flat-screen TV. The hotel even had a beautiful garden with comfortable furniture where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Decided to stay in a hotel while on a road trip. Customer service was exceptional when I called to book the room. The staff gave great advice on places to visit nearby. The room was cozy and the bed was soft. the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious.
There were a few setbacks during my stay. The parking lot was limited, and the lighting to get to the hotel was practically non-existent.
